Soap opera comings and goings for July 20 to 24, 2026 bring a busy week of fan-favorite returns, guest appearances, and one temporary recast. Beyond the Gates
Several familiar faces return to Fairmont Crest this week.
Jordi Vilasuso reprises his role as Grayson Perez, while Greg Vaughan returns as Kial Rollins to offer Eva some much-needed guidance.
Ashley Jones is also back as Heather Armstrong, arriving to settle unfinished business with Joey. Meanwhile, Jasmine Burke returns as June, who shares important information with Naomi.
Additional appearances include Ernestine Johnson as Shanice, Malachi Malik as Elon Hawthorne, Maurice P. Kerry as Randy Parker, Angela Fairley as Deanna McBride, Karan Kendrick as Mona, and Destiny Love as Laura.
Days of Our Lives
Salem welcomes back several familiar faces this week.
Sal Stowers and Lamon Archey reprise their roles as Lani Price-Grant and Eli Grant as the couple celebrates their anniversary.
Meanwhile, Tina Huang returns as Melinda Trask, Miles Anderson appears as Foster, Maggie Carney is back as Rita, and Lorelei Olivia Mote returns as Rachel Black. Stacy Haiduk also continues her run as Kristen DiMera.
General Hospital
Port Charles sees the return of several familiar characters.
James Patrick Stuart returns as Valentin Cassadine, while Daniel Cosgrove appears as Ezra Boyle. Rick Hearst reprises Ric Lansing, Finn Carr returns as Rocco Falconeri, Asher Antonyzyn is back as Danny Morgan, and Vernee Watson appears once again as Stella Henry.
Dean Geyer continues his contract role as Dr. Tristan Roberts, while Kelly Kruger is set to debut as Serena Baldwin on July 30.
The biggest casting news involves James West. Young actor Gary James Fuller has been temporarily replaced after suffering injuries in a real-life mini-bike accident that required surgery. Easton Winn will continue filling the role during Fuller’s recovery.
The Bold and the Beautiful
Entertainment Tonight host Nischelle Turner guest stars as Sienna beginning Monday, July 20. The appearance marks another daytime credit for Turner, who has also appeared on The Young and the Restless and Beyond the Gates.
Jennifer Gareis returns as Donna Logan Forrester, while Delon de Metz reprises Zende Forrester Dominguez. Sissy Sheridan also returns as Jessica.
Additionally, Kacey Leggett, Olga Zhukova, and Kayla Ehle are back as Forrester models Maddie, Brittany, and Michaela.
The Young and the Restless
Genoa City welcomes back Eileen Davidson as Ashley Abbott, who continues supporting her family during Jack’s health crisis.
Christopher Cousins also returns as Martin Laurent, while Beth Maitland appears as Traci Abbott in scenes connected to Diane.
Meanwhile, Doug Tompos reprises his role as Dr. Greg Nowling, who helps Nikki during an important stage of her recovery.
